How does an online class work?
Dedicated video call
Your child joins a video call with their teacher, no waiting room, no sharing with other groups.

Your questions about our pricing
You choose: we're open from 9am to 7pm and agree together on a slot that works for you (after school, Wednesday, the weekend). The pace adapts to your child too, that's the whole point of a personalised course.
The child can take the class Solo (individual) or in Duo with a sibling or friend. The best rates, namely 249 CHF/month Solo and 169 CHF/month per child in Duo, correspond to the 12-month commitment, which covers the core educational programming curriculum before specialization. The rate drops in Duo because the class is shared. Every quarter, the child completes and publishes a real project, earning a certificate for each level reached. For 3 or more children, contact us for a custom quote.
The longer the commitment, the lower the monthly rate (up to -17% over 12 months). The minimum commitment is 3 months (the length of a full module) so your child completes their learning journey. All commitments include exactly the same programme and the same support.
It's a 30-minute online session with a teacher, entirely free and with no credit card required. We meet your child, assess their level, and answer all your questions before recommending the best-fitting programme. No commitment attached: it's the recommended starting point, before any enrollment.
You can switch to a longer commitment anytime (for example from 3 to 6 or 12 months) to benefit from a better rate. The opposite is not possible before the end of the subscribed period.
From about age 12, the course can move towards advanced algorithmics: data structures, problem solving and preparation for the informatics olympiads. This is long-term work, carried out over several months or across the year at the student's own pace — not a one-off session before a deadline. This track is taught by the founder. We discuss it during the free trial lesson, and the same content is also available as a holiday camp.
TWINT, card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on your device, through Stripe's secure checkout. Year-round courses are paid monthly (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or in one payment (TWINT possible). For offers paid in one go (camps, maths packs…), you can also choose a bank transfer: you receive an invoice with a QR code.
The subscription runs until the end of the chosen period (3, 6 or 12 months), then renews automatically and remains cancellable anytime after.
No. The price is all-inclusive: classes, access to SKS Lab (exercises, quizzes, progress tracking, as soon as it opens), certificate, resources. No registration fees, no surprises.
A computer (PC, Mac or Chromebook) with a stable internet connection. Classes take place on Zoom, free, with a link sent before each session. A headset with a microphone is recommended for better comfort. Nothing else to install: everything happens in the browser, and we set it up with your child during the first session.
